The reasons for the abnormal sound of the generator cam:
1. The clearance between camshaft bearing and journal is too large and loose.
2, camshaft bearing loosening or bearing alloy ablation, spalling or wear too large;
3, camshaft axial clearance is too large or camshaft bending.
The solution of the abnormal ring of the cam:
1. Make the diesel engine steer with the stethoscope on the cylinder at the most powerful speed. If the sound is strong and accompanied by vibration, it can be diagnosed as the bearing ring.
2, there is no change in the sound of the oil breaking test, and the throttle can be changed slowly. If the sound of the idle speed is clear, the sound sound is obvious at the middle speed, and the sound noise is weakened when the speed is at high speed, it can be diagnosed as the oversize of the axial clearance of the camshaft or the loosening of the bearing.
